Your Opportunity

• Drives portfolio prioritization in line with the enterprise ambition and goals.
• Enables fluid resource allocation and creates transparency around investment across the organization.
• Outcome-based planning, flexible resource allocation, catalysts, enablers, custodian of performance, above-country network.
• Supports all squads, teams, and functions concerning financial and strategic decisions and acts as a sparring partner.
• Acts as a strategic thought partner generating integrated, end-to-end, customer-centric insights.
• Enables informed decision-making with the ultimate goal to drive better outcomes for more patients – leads the monthly business reviews.
• Advanced Analytics integrating multiple data sources, benchmarking, competitive intelligence, digital & artificial intelligence.
• Engages with Finance Champions and drives initiatives in the field of automation and AI to enable most effective resource allocation.
• Drives the budget with an in-depth understanding of how sales and OPEX expectations are composed including the ambition level and the underlying assumptions.
• Financial Backbone Activities including all operational tasks which stay in the affiliates and ensures our month-end closing works flawlessly. E.g., accruals, OpEx reporting etc.
• Price monitoring & management.
• Proactively builds and maintains networks across both local and global organizations.

Who You Are

• Fosters and practices innovation by actively using and promoting new ways of working and collaboration (e.g., OBP, investment retrospective etc.).
• Breaks siloes and acts as a thought partner beyond financial processes/topics.
• Has experience of SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), digital, Business Finance Champions, reporting.
• Is familiar with the latest data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, SAC etc.).
• Has 3-5 years working in FP&A, controlling, and finance business partnering roles.
• Has CA/ACCA/MBA.
