Human Resource Business Partner Role

We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance, and at least 5 years of HR experience with a minimum of 2 years as an HR Business Partner.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the business, providing deep insights, an independent viewpoint, and HR expertise on business issues. They will understand the business and its strategy, actively participating in decision-making across all facets of the organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the business and its strategy, actively participating in decision-making across all facets of the organization.
  • Ensuring the implementation of global HR initiatives.
  • Leading and contributing to the implementation of HR programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • PHR, SHRM, or CIPD certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
