Responsibilities include:

  1. Repairing and troubleshooting of UPS, Rectifier, AVR, etc.
  2. Facilitating Engineers in conducting site surveys.
  3. Assisting Engineers for designing solutions.
  4. Installation and commissioning of different equipment (power).
  5. Assisting Sales for technical discussions and presentations for customers.
  6. Providing on-site and on-call customer support.
  7. Resolving customer complaints in coordination with senior team members.
  8. Maintaining optimal level of spare parts inventory.
  9. Efficient utilization of available resources.
  10. Documentation of activities for record and future references.
  11. Maintaining good working relations with team members and other departments.
  12. Working as per Quality & HSE Standards.
  13. Completing special tasks assigned by supervisor/TL/Manager.
Job Specification

Candidate should have hands-on experience of installation, repair, and maintenance of high-rating three-phase UPS systems and can handle all technical issues independently. Good know-how of board-level electronics troubleshooting, diagnostics, and good soldering capability is required. Understanding of Power Systems/UPS repair is compulsory. The candidate should be a good team player with the ability to lead, possess excellent time management skills, and have the ability to perform under pressure.
