MailHike, a growing eCommerce Email Marketing Agency, is looking for an expert Figma Designer who specializes in crafting visually striking and high-converting email designs.

Who We're Looking For:

A skilled Figma designer with a deep understanding of email marketing design—someone who knows how to make emails scroll-stopping, mobile-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

What You'll Do:

Design stunning email templates that align with clients' brands and marketing goals.

Prototype and iterate in Figma with a strong focus on UX, hierarchy, and engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing & copywriting team to craft seamless text-visual experiences.

Ensure all designs are fully responsive and optimized for desktop & mobile.

Optimize templates based on performance insights and A/B testing feedback.

Stay ahead of email design trends and conversion-focused best practices.

What You Must Bring:

2+ years of experience designing emails for eCommerce brands.

Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, typography, and color theory.

A strong portfolio showcasing email designs (applications without a relevant portfolio will be ignored).

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus: Experience with Photoshop or Klaviyo email design tools.

Bonus: Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) in email design.

What You'll Do:

Design engaging email templates that align with each client's branding & marketing goals.

Ensure emails are fully responsive for both mobile and desktop.

Optimize for conversions using best UX/UI practices in email design.

Collaborate with our marketing and copywriting team to create compelling campaigns.

Use data insights to improve designs based on open rates & CTR.

Stay ahead of design trends and email best practices.
