We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Education Counselor to guide students in their academic and career journeys. The role involves providing expert advice on local and international education opportunities, assisting with applications and visa processes, and supporting students in achieving their academic and professional goals.

  • Educational Consulting:
  • Providing expert advice on various educational programs, institutions, and opportunities, both locally and internationally.
  • Student Counseling:
  • Offering personalized guidance to students on academic planning, course selection, and navigating challenges they may encounter.
  • Career Counseling:
  • Helping students identify their strengths and interests, explore potential career paths, and make informed decisions about their future.
  • Communication and Support:
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with students, parents, and educational institutions, facilitating the application process and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Application Assistance:
  • Guiding students through the application process for universities and colleges, including visa applications and other relevant procedures.
  • Progress Monitoring:
  • Tracking student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing support to help them succeed academically.
  • Program Development:
  • Creating and implementing counseling programs to enhance student success and address specific needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Consulting and Student Counseling:
  • Expertise in educational systems, admission requirements, and student support strategies.
  • Career Counseling:
  • Knowledge of career development theories and practices, and the ability to guide students in career exploration and decision-making.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation:
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, and negotiate effectively between students and institutions.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in International Education:
  • Familiarity with international university admissions, visa processes, and cultural nuances.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree:
  • In Education, Counseling, or a related field.

Additional Desirable Qualities:

  • Target-driven and Results-oriented:Experience meeting or exceeding recruitment or sales targets.
  • Knowledge of standardized tests:Familiarity with IELTS, PTE, and other language proficiency tests.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility:Ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
