Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivatedStudent Career Counselor – UK Marketto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students aspiring to study in the UK, providing them with accurate guidance on admission processes, visa documentation, scholarship opportunities, and career pathways. The counselor will act as the first point of contact for students and play a key role in building their educational journey with Future Serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provideone-to-one counselingto students interested in studying in the UK.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitableuniversities, programs, and scholarships.
• Guide students onadmission requirements, documentation, financial planning, and timelines.
• Support students withEnglish proficiency test guidance(IELTS, OIETC, LanguageCert, etc.) and interview preparation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofUK universities, courses, entry criteria, and visa regulations.
• Assist in preparing students forcredibility interviewsrequired by UK institutions and UKVI.
• Conductcareer counseling sessionsto align students' study choices with their long-term professional goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Maintain accurate student records and manage theapplication lifecyclefrom inquiry to enrollment.
• Actively participate inseminars, workshops, and promotional eventsto attract and guide potential students.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve monthly and annualstudent recruitment targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree inEducation, Business, Marketing, or Counseling(14 / 16 years of Education).
• Minimum1–3 years of experiencein student counseling, preferably for the UK market.
• Strong understanding ofUK higher education systems, visa policies, and admission requirements.
• Excellentcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to counsel students with empathy and build trust with families.
• Strongorganizational skillswith the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Fluency inEnglish(written and spoken) – additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency inMS Officeand Portals/CRM tools for student data management.

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
