About the job
Email & SMS Marketing Manager will lead the email marketing team and this role involves creating messaging, coding, and executing email campaigns, as well as managing a team to ensure the successful delivery of our CRM marketing strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Team Management: Oversee a team of email marketers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Lead Generation: Create and implement lead generation programs to increase the company's subscriber base.
- Develop and Execute CRM Campaigns: Ensure Email and SMS marketing campaigns align with marketing strategy and business goals. Create and optimize email templates using HTML to ensure they are visually appealing and function correctly across various email clients and devices. Oversee and help execute Email and SMS deployments.
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to make data-driven improvements.
- List Management: Manage and segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations, including CAN-SPAM and CCPA.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to create cohesive and engaging email content.
- Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve email and SMS performance.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on email and SMS campaign performance to stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in email and SMS marketing, with a strong background in HTML and CSS coding for emails.
- Strong leadership skills & solid experience in managing and leading a team.
- Strong analytical Skills and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize email campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Industry Knowledge: Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM marketing.
