Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist with over 3 years of experience and a proven track record in creating engaging, high-performing email campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of increasing open rates, click-through rates (CTR), driving sales and cross-selling opportunities, elevating customer lifetime value (CLTV), and enhancing brand awareness through thoughtful, data-driven email communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Write compelling and engaging email content that drives conversions and enhances brand engagement.
  • Segment and target audiences effectively to personalize messaging and maximize email performance.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) to optimize future campaigns.
  • Create and implement email marketing strategies that increase customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure emails align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling through targeted email strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-performing email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive content.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing metrics, analytics, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or HubSpot).
  • Experience with audience segmentation and marketing automation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
