Overview

Remote office solutions (SMC-Private) limited, Lahore. The Assistant Sales Operations Manager will support the Sales Operations Manager in overseeing sales processes, analyzing data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies. This role bridges management and the sales team, helping to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive sales performance.

In this role, you will be the key link between raw healthcare data and actionable strategies for our care managers and coordinators. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in streamlining internal processes, managing client coordination and supporting sales operations. You must have excellent English communication skills and be able to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders including clients/internal teams and manage. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining ISO standards within the organization to ensure compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager in supervising daily sales operations and team activities.
  • Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance dashboards; prepare and share analytical reports with management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data into CRM/ERP systems.
  • Support coordination between sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and supply chain teams.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer insights to assist in demand forecasting and business planning.
  • Help implement and monitor sales policies, pricing strategies, and discount structures.
  • Track distributor and retailer performance, ensuring proper coverage and follow-ups.
  • Assist in trade promotions, campaigns, and product launches by ensuring operational readiness.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Train, guide, and support sales coordinators/representatives to ensure compliance with processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or FMCG/cosmetics sales support roles.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
