You'll lead automation, scalability, and GPU-accelerated deployments across hybrid cloud environments, enabling our teams to innovate at top speed with zero friction. Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Build and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure on AWS and OpenShift with Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Configure and maintain GPU-accelerated environments for AI/ML workloads using CUDA and NVIDIA drivers.
  • Deploy and manage secure, production-grade web servers using NGINX, Apache, and Caddy.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
  • Implement observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Loki for real-time monitoring and alerting.
  • Enforce security best practices including SSL, IAM, network firewalls, and secret management with Vault or AWS Secrets Manager.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to support seamless development and deployment workflows.
  • Conduct incident response, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift in production environments.
  • Proven expertise in server deployment and administration with NGINX, Apache, and load balancers.
  • Strong background in AWS (or other cloud platforms) including compute, networking, and storage.
  • Hands-on experience with GPU infrastructure (NVIDIA stack, CUDA, GPU scheduling).
  • Proficiency with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, and Kustomize.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with observability and log management systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki).
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, CDN, DNS, and HTTP protocols.
  • Familiarity with Git and GitOps workflows.
  • Strong ability to perform server sizing and capacity planning based on expected workload, concurrency, storage, and performance benchmarks.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science from a HEC recognized university is a plus
  • Ability to communicate in English language

This is a hybrid role that may require physical presence in certain instances. Fully remote applications will not be considered. We regularly conduct in-person workshops in all major cities of Pakistan.
