***Position***
Seeking the best candidates to join our team (Male/Female).

Working Days: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day.

***Job Descriptions***

- You will be part of the dispatch/tracking team, handling tasks such as:

  • Communicating with customers
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Updating TMS & TMC systems
  • Verifying pickup and delivery paperwork
  • Tracking drivers
  • Managing customs work
  • Monitoring reefer temperatures
  • Assisting drivers as needed
  • Keeping daily trip records
Job Specification

***Position Requirements***

  • Graduation or equivalent and above
  • Computer literacy
  • Adaptability, outgoing personality, self-motivated, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Friendly and conversational demeanor
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Ability to speak either Punjabi or Urdu
  • Good communication skills for making phone calls
