Job Role: Crew Leader

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our dispatch and tracking team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and be proficient in software applications.

• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
• Update transportation management systems and track driver performance
• Verify pickup and delivery documentation accurately
• Monitor reefer temperatures and provide assistance to drivers as needed
• Maintain daily trip records and provide support to the team

Key Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent and above
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to speak Punjabi or Urdu
• Adaptability, self-motivation, and analytical skills
