AKHS, P is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Assistant Manager Budgeting & Reporting for its Central Office in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in creating annual budgets based on financial forecasts and strategic goals.
  2. Evaluate expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  3. Compare actual expenditures with budgeted figures to assess financial performance.
  4. Ensure funds are distributed effectively across departments or projects.
  5. Periodically revise budgets to reflect changing business needs.
  6. Prepare financial statements, summaries, and periodic reports for management.
  7. Ensure financial reports comply with legal and industry standards.
  8. Monitor key financial indicators like profit margins, cash flow, and return on investment.
  9. Provide insights from financial data to aid strategic decision-making.
  10. Work with various departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Education, Experience, and Skills
  1. Master's in finance or relevant field / Finance Professional degree & preferably ACCA / ICMA / CA-Finalist.
  2. Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience, including 3 years post-qualification in financial management, preferably in a large healthcare setup.
  3. Sound knowledge of financial systems, IFRS, and statutory/tax regulations.
  4. Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  6. Knowledge of accounting obligations, rules, and tax implications.
