We are seeking a driven and results-oriented (Medical) Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling medical products, equipment, or services to healthcare providers, hospitals, and other medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of medical products, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling medical products or services.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and establish new accounts. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators.
Provide excellent customer service to address client needs and ensure satisfaction. - Product Knowledge and Training:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the medical products or services being offered.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to healthcare providers when required. - Market Research and Strategy:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. - Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account progress.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to the Sales Manager. - Compliance:
Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards while promoting and selling medical products.
Stay informed about industry regulations and changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical products, devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Certification or training in medical sales or related fields.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in the healthcare industry.
