The Gulf Alliance Builders And Developers is looking for experienced, efficient and energetic male/female candidates to fill Project Advisor-Sales positions.

As a Sales Representative, your duties will be to guide customers towards our products i.e. commercial shops/offices, residential apartments, and satisfy them by demonstrating the functions and other details.

You will be responsible for creating an attractive environment for the customers to maximize sales. Our company operates mainly in Islamabad and Bahria Enclave Islamabad, and you should have a strong network of real estate dealers and potential customers in the market.

We are seeking individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with strong persuasive and analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of running social media campaigns on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Able to assess customers' needs and preferences, and provide guidance on property options that meet customer demand/satisfaction.
