Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing, content, and lead generation for all our projects in Penta Squad Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving investor leads, conversions, and brand visibility across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and conversion
  • Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and YouTube promotions
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and video content
  • Analyze campaign performance, set KPIs, and deliver weekly reports to management
  • Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, and Chatbot flows for optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies
  • Scale campaigns responsibly while maintaining lead quality
  • Manage CRM funnel integrations with sales team
  • Keep up with digital trends and platform updates to maintain competitiveness

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in generating high-quality leads through Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads
  • Skilled in targeting business owners, investors, or high-income individuals
  • Proven success in selling high-ticket offers (like investment plans, business partnerships, or equity deals)
  • Ability to design and manage landing pages, ad creatives, and lead funnels
  • Good understanding of B2B or investment-focused campaigns
  • Fluent in English and Urdu (verbal + written) for communicating with both local and overseas leads
  • Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM software
