About Role:

Melior ITS Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Frontend Team Lead with strong expertise in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and prior team leadership experience. The ideal candidate will lead frontend projects, guide developers, ensure clean code, and deliver high-quality UI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor frontend developers
  • Develop responsive UIs using React, HTML, and CSS
  • Collaborate with design and backend teams
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
  • Oversee testing (Jest, Mocha) and performance (JMeter)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading frontend teams
  • Strong communication and decision-making ability
  • Bachelor's in CS is a must
