1. Prepare technical architecture infrastructure design, form content strategy, set up digital marketing suite, help clients with marketing channels, and monitor the client communication team.
2. Conduct sprint planning, project planning, production maintenance, and performance tuning.
3. Create industry-specific digital architecture with roles involving analysis design, development, administration, and integration of distributed architecture applications in web-based internet/intranet, client-server.
4. Develop features such as multisite and multichannel delivery, content syndication, multilingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration.
5. Set up project review bootstrapping and recommend migration approaches.
6. Define and implement key technical constructs of the program.
7. Interact with clients to create specifications and solution architecture for content collaboration solutions.
8. Provide guidance to senior developers and architects for design and implementation.
9. Establish processes, quality gates, and standards for design and development.
10. Manage performance, security, and scalability of digital platforms.
11. Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
12. Coordinate internal and vendor development teams.
13. Review and assess the technical skills of team members.
14. Participate in critical technical issues directly.
15. Provide technical leadership and oversight on implementation.
16. Assess and recommend system and process changes related to the Commerce platform.
17. Review and set standards for design, coding, and development.
18. Develop cost-effective technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
19. Design solution architecture for enterprise applications in Commerce, Catalog, and Content Management Systems.
20. Architect and deliver complex end-to-end e-commerce solutions for B2B or B2C.

1. Minimum 8 years in e-commerce, with experience in solutioning and delivering B2B and B2C.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Commercetools or similar API-first MACH architectures.
3. Strong experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
4. Excellent communication skills for managing senior client stakeholders.
5. Experience managing technical teams across multiple geographical locations.
