We're Hiring: Personal Assistant & Project Manager ( Onsite)

Location: Phase 8, DHA, Lahore

Work type: Onsite, full-time

Timings: Monday to Saturday (Exact hours to be discussed)

About the Role

We're looking for someone sharp, organized, and presentable to step into a dual role as a Personal Assistant & Project Manager at SomeGuyStudios.

This is not just another "assistant" job. You'll be directly supporting the founder, managing calendars, keeping things on track, and making sure the day runs smoothly for both the creative team and the business side.

If you're someone who thrives on structure, communicates well in English, and doesn't let things fall through the cracks — this might be for you.

  • What You'll Be DoingManaging calendars, meetings, and reminders so that nothing important gets missed
  • Following up with people and holding them accountable — kindly but firmly
  • Helping manage small projects from start to finish
  • Assisting the founder with day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, and light admin
  • Being the go-to person for keeping the team and timeline in check
  • Occasionally communicating with clients or vendors on behalf of the team
  • Who We're Looking ForSomeone presentable and confident in professional environments
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English
  • Great at organizing, managing time, and multitasking
  • A natural at reminding, nudging, and following up (without sounding rude)
  • Familiar with basic tools like Google Calendar, WhatsApp, email — or quick to learn
  • Honest, responsible, and willing to take ownership of your work
  • What You'll GetMonthly salary between PKR 10,000 to 15,000, depending on your skills
  • Fuel allowance for your commute
