Job Summary:

We are hiring personal assistant to CEO who will provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to CEO. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, highly organized, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements

Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items

Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the CEO

Assist with documentation, reports, and email correspondence

Run business-related and occasional personal errands

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is an advantage

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools

Flexibility to travel or work extended hours if required

Must be well-groomed, presentable, and respectful in demeanor
