Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer / Sales Executive with experience in B2B and industrial sales within the lubricant sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through a consultative and technical approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote lubricants in industrial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Identify and target potential customers including factories, OEMs, and industrial plants.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
  • Conduct site visits and product presentations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable lubricant solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper product application and after-sales service.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
  • Collect feedback from clients and share with internal teams to improve products and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales progress, and pipeline activities using CRM tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Business.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales in the lubricant or related sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of industrial processes and lubricant applications.
  • Ability to travel for client visits and industry events.
Preferred Skills:
  • Technical understanding of lubricants, greases, and oils.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
