A well-established financial institution is inviting applications from qualified professionals for the position of Senior Officer – Fraud Monitoring, based at its Fraud Monitoring Unit in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the MIS related to potential fraud cases across digital financial platforms.
Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports using advanced Excel functionalities.
Design interactive dashboards and conduct detailed data analysis using Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and Power Query.
Support fraud detection initiatives by identifying trends and presenting actionable insights through data-driven, visually engaging reports.

Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant experience in fraud monitoring or investigation.
In-depth knowledge of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Consumer Finance products.
Proficiency in MIS reporting, data analysis, and presentation tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools and systems.
Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
