• Basic Knowledge of AUTOCAD & VISIO
• Record keeping
• Advance knowledge of MS Office
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of NSIS

Area Of Responsibilities

Business

• Undertake to draw sketches for SIPs, new feeders, HT links and other requirements as per SOP.
• Ensure maintaining of back up data/ record on daily basis and undertake organizing of scheduled reports as per requirement
• Ensure confidentiality of all record.
  
  

Relevant To Manager Operation

• Ensure maintaining of 11 KV network SLD updated after addition of new component or feeder in the system with consequent changes in isolations in coordination with Shift Engineers/Manager OPNs.
• Undertake to arrange updated hard copy of 11 KV network for OCR and AOCs.
• Undertake updating of network hierarchy on NSIS application.
• Ensure maintaining of back feeding data log in coordination with OCR /AOC.
• Ensure to resolve TIS issues under the hierarchy of Manager Operation.
• Ensure compiling of daily attendance of vehicles and its reporting as per SOP
• Ensure coordination with GIS team for regular updating of applications.

Relevant To Manager UGM/SSM

• Undertake preparing of daily fault sheets related to UGM and SSM faults.
• Ensure development of analytical reports helping initiation of suggestive actions leading to maintain sustainable operation of network equipment.
• Ensure maintaining of Duty roaster related to centralized UGM/SSM teams.
• Ensure updating of comprehensive report related to material used for repair of cable faults.
• Undertake maintain details of PQC labour along with handling of related Invoices and certificates.
• Ensure daily attendance of vehicles and relevant log books.
• Ensure maintaining of fuel consumption record related to Generators.
• Undertake to resolve portal issues in coordination with IT
  
  

Relevant To AM Planning

• Undertake to resolve portal issues in coordination with IT
• Ensure daily attendance of vehicles and relevant log books.
• Undertake to prepare complete file related to every scheme / project for onward submission to management and ensure follow up along with related record.
• Undertake maintaining of all activities related to NC files and correspondence with applicants/PQCs.
• Undertake maintain details of PQC labour along with handling of related Invoices and certificates.
• Ensue performing of new tasks assigned
