IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Manage the operational activities of Regional Operations Center (R-NOC) for FTTH Network in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This role is responsible for handling trouble tickets and service requests, performing in-depth analysis of fault reports, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to management. It also requires effective communication with technical teams, Back Office (BO), customer relationship management (CRM), Unified service desk, NOC, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the position is focused on driving continuous improvement by transitioning from manual to automated processes.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Deep drive analysis of daily and monthly customer happiness Index (CHI) reports.
  • Handling wireline active and passive NE trouble tickets and service requests (SRs) of flash fiber customers related to network operations domain.
  • Identify gaps in fault reporting mechanism and drive continuous improvement by transitioning from manual to automated processes.
  • Maintaining wireline Network availability KPI.
  • Analysis of NAF faults, generating reports, and sharing with field teams for resolution. Analysis of all critical alarms, identifying network risks and intimation to field teams for resolution of SRs related to technical and BO. Filtering relevant SRs and making corrective and preventive measures.
  • Arranging the execution of planned activities for software patch upgrades related to NMS and wireline systems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • BS/BE in Electrical/Telecom Engineering.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience.
  • Strong operational insight, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, decision making.
  • Telecom Networking.
  • Data Analysis.
  • GPON Configuration.
  • Fault Diagnosis.
