The Division

The Perseus Group acquires, manages, and builds software companies in a variety of vertical markets, enabling them to be clear leaders in their industries. Our companies provide mission-critical enterprise solutions for vertical industries across the entire industry value chain.

The Perseus Group is a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI), listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The Position

The division is looking for Junior Financial Analyst to work with the finance team in Lahore.

Responsibilities

Assist the FA in analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights into the division's financial performance.

Assist the FA in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and projections to support decision-making processes.

Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and efficiency.

Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes at Head Office.

Collaborate with other BUs and departments to gather relevant data and insights.

Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Assist in developing dashboards and reports including presentations for QSR, monthly financial results and other management presentations.

Analyze & report monthly results, leading indicators and KPIs to support monthly forecasting.

Assist in evaluating financial packages of BUs and support management in financial certification.

Support months end close, flux review processes, and financial reports

Requirements

BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration / Finalist or completed professional accounting qualification

Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Independent with the ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.

Efficient, multi-tasking, and goal oriented.

Hands-on Experience With Microsoft Excel. Strong Quantitative Financial Skills

Proficiency in oral and written communication.

The high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
