Our research team is a vital part of our client offering delivering actionable insights, sector reports, and real-time coverage across equity and commodities markets.

We are looking for a Senior Research Analyst (Team Lead) with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to head our equity research desk and help shape investment strategies for our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead equity research across multiple sectors with a focus on both fundamental and technical analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models, sectoral outlooks, and investment theses
  • Prepare daily morning briefings, earnings reviews, and timely market insights
  • Mentor and review the work of junior analysts and interns
  • Work closely with the trading and sales teams to support client engagement and retention
  • Represent the research desk in client meetings and webinars

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sell-side or buy-side equity research
  • Strong command of valuation techniques, financial modelling, and market trends
  • Proficiency in technical analysis and charting tools.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Proven leadership experience in managing research teams or mentoring junior analysts
  • Passion for capital markets and a client-first mindset
