Full-time onsite role: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in social media management and video editing to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of professional experience in creating visual content for digital platforms, especially for Instagram, Facebook, Behance, Dribbble, and LinkedIn.

This is a hands-on design role that requires a deep understanding of content trends, platform formats, and editing tools, along with a strong sense for engaging, brand-aligned visuals. Experience with motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics for social media posts, stories, and carousels.
  • Plan and manage content calendars and social media visuals.
  • Edit short-form videos for reels, stories, and promos (basic to mid-level editing).
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team for campaign-based designs.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and brand touchpoints.
  • Research design trends and adapt creative strategies accordingly.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, and video editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Figma
  • Understanding of brand identity and design consistency
  • Strong visual communication and layout skills
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
