Job Description:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics across various niches, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimized for conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of design tools, an understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team. Experience in video editing is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Create compelling graphics for websites, social platforms, and advertisements (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

Encapsulate USPs and complex ideas into captivating graphics with a near-optimal conversion rate.

Ensure graphics are produced within optimal timelines without compromising quality.

Utilize leading design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software.

Incorporate AI-oriented tools to enhance design productivity and efficiency.

Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand graphics.

Communicate design ideas effectively through strong written and verbal articulation skills.

UI/UX & Video Editing:

Apply UI/UX principles to design projects to improve user experience and engagement (bonus points).

Edit and produce videos as needed to complement graphic content (bonus points).

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.Seek feedback and continuously improve design processes and output quality.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3 years of proven experience- after completion of undergraduate degree- as a Graphic Designer with a diverse portfolio showcasing work across various niches.

Strong command of Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other leading design tools.

Excellent ability to encapsulate complex ideas into compelling graphics.

Desire to incorporate AI-oriented tools to enhance design productivity.

Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Competencies:

Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

Experience in video editing and production.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
