Job Title:IT Systems & Support Engineer

Location:Onsite – Lahore, Pakistan

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilledIT Systems & Support Engineerto support both our internal teams and US-based clients. This is a client-facing, hands-on technical role requiring a strong understanding of IT support, system administration, and Microsoft 365 tools. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level and second-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows and Mac systems.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, including user setup, troubleshooting for Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Support client-specific tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Dropbox, and remote desktop platforms.
  • Coordinate IT onboarding/offboarding processes (accounts, access, device setup) for internal and external users.
  • Perform basic network configuration and troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, IP addressing).
  • Ensure timely and professional issue resolution during US working hours for clients.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, SOPs, and documentation of support processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors/ISPs for hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
  • Provide input on internal compliance and security practices (ISO 27001-aligned).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Outlook, OneDrive sync, and Teams management.
  • Familiar with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US hours).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international (especially US-based) clients.
  • Familiarity with construction-industry tools like PlanSwift and Bluebeam.
  • Understanding of ISO 27001 or other compliance frameworks.
  • Exposure to backup solutions, endpoint security, and patch management tools.
