We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager with proven experience in HR operations, policy development, and technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving HR initiatives, developing and implementing effective policies, overseeing day-to-day HR functions, and managing the recruitment of top technical talent to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Policy Management

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with legal requirements and organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws, HR audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, processes, and employee data management.

Technical & Strategic Recruitment

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies, build sourcing pipelines, and manage relationships with recruitment agencies or platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate effective selection processes for high-quality hires.

Employee Engagement & Performance Management

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and cultural programs.
  • Support performance review cycles and facilitate feedback and development discussions.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior management on workforce planning, retention, and HR metrics.
  • Mentor and manage junior HR staff to build a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR with a strong background in technical recruitment, HR operations, and policy development.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
