Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable mattress products. Daily tasks include maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and completing sales documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the mattress or retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales documentation
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales is a plus
