We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Security Specialist to join our Information Security team. This role is crucial in ensuring the robustness and integrity of our IT infrastructure through comprehensive security measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, systems hardening, and security project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular reviews of user access rights across all computing assets and applications to ensure compliance with organizational policies and minimize the risk of unauthorized access.

2. Evaluate and review the configuration of network devices to ensure they adhere to security best practices and organizational standards.

3. Develop and maintain hardening documents and procedures for all IT assets to enhance their security posture and resilience against potential threats.

4. Oversee and ensure that all IT assets are properly hardened according to established guidelines and industry standards to prevent security vulnerabilities.

5. Validate and assess the effectiveness of implemented IT controls to ensure they function as intended and meet security requirements.

6. Perform regular security reviews and assessments of security devices to ensure they are functioning correctly and providing the intended level of protection..

7. Oversee ongoing deployment of projects and provide daily reports to CISO

8. Administer DLP operations, related incidents and provide awareness to users.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on network security, systems hardening, and security project management.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in network security protocols and technologies.

- Experience with security configuration management and hardening techniques.

- Knowledge of security review and validation processes.

- Familiarity with security tools and devices.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security issues.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
