About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide timely and effective technical solutions for global customers. As a key member of our support team, you will assist with resolving complex issues related to web infrastructure, Linux servers, network security, CDN, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF). You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through prompt responses and thorough problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support for global customers via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to web infrastructure, Linux servers, and network security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, providing technical support for web infrastructure, Linux servers, and network security.
  • Strong understanding of CDNs, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and network security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
