  • Manage sales & daily operations of assigned bakery outlets in Lahore.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule sales staff.
  • Ensure service quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement SOPs and improve efficiency.
  • Use customer data to boost sales and retention.
  • Maintain optimal stock with Just-in-Time ordering.
  • Submit daily sales, stock, wastage, and returns reports.
  • Ensure daily cash & petty cash reconciliation.
  • Conduct regular and surprise visits to outlets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' sales & operations experience (Bakery/FMCG preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and JIT systems.
  • Willing to travel within Lahore and work flexible hours.

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to PKR 150,000/month (based on experience & qualifications).
  • Performance-based incentives.
