Data & Reporting:

  • Compilations and Analysis of the Sellout Data and submission of Position to Managers Bi Monthly, 15th and 30th.

  • Reporting of SO KPI %age Achievement for Sales team.

  • Reporting of the Corporate Sector as per requirements by Corporate Management.

  • Maintaining YTD Data compilation of SO.

  • Maintaining Monthly Targets of Sellout as per Management directions.

  • Filing and Maintaining Evidence and Documents Regarding works Completed.

Marketing and Retail:

  • Helping in Gathering and Formulating the Report of Weekly / Monthly Retail Team Performance.

  • Maintaining the Samples / Displayed Units Report, Region and Shop display wise.

  • Formulating the Inventory Report of the Marketing - Retail Stores every month.

  • Helping the Marketing Manager in Applying invoices in MPM for Vendor Payments

  • Also maintaining the Payments Ledger for Each Vendor and present by monthly to Manager

  • Communicating with retail Team for any Advancements and Instruction given by the Manager.

T Retail System:

  • Uploading and Downloading the Sellout Data in the System.

  • Maintaining up to date Shop Detail in the System.

  • Maintenance of Targets Summary monthly in t-Retail.

  • Making changes in the shop / User database in the System.

  • Filing and Maintaining Evidences and Documents Regarding works Completed.

GFK Reporting:

  • Downloading and Managing Monthly GFK Reports for the Managers Retrieval.

  • Maintaining YTD Data Updates in Excel Format.

  • Helping the Manger & HOD in Completing any Task Assigned by the Management
