Job OverviewThe Manager Admin Services & Security will manage, develop, implement, and evaluate a plant-wide security and risk management program, as well as the Administration strategy to ensure security of the facilities, employees, visitors, and assets on the plant. They will strengthen relationships with civil & law enforcing agencies and internal & external stakeholders, which includes professional media.
Core ResponsibilitiesCorporate Security- Evaluate current security situation and improve controls to ensure robust security for employees, visitors, and assets at Rakh Canal Plant & loose grain Maize warehouses (SRMG&MAG).
- Lead Maize warehouse operations as per Site security manual, implementing and controlling manpower in season and off-season at both warehouses.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of the security situation and implement improvements.
- Provide leadership on security and public relations committees, acting in an advisory capacity.
- Implement Site security and Admin manual and conduct regular security risk assessments.
- Review site security vulnerabilities by analyzing CCTV footage to report any incidents.
- Arrange registration of arms/weapons owned by the company for their annual license and coordinate training for all security staff across three sites.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to preempt security concerns and manage crisis situations effectively.
- Work with the Plant Management team to develop and implement action plans.
- Support Leadership Team in embedding Company's Vision, Mission, Corporate Policies, and local procedures at the site.
- Coordinate with the EHS department to ensure employee safety and compliance with corporate EHS standards.
- Identify risks, analyze data from external and internal sources, and advise management on risk mitigation plans.
- Lead investigations of security breaches and advise appropriate actions in coordination with the Legal team.
- Oversee and provide direction for major security-related projects and physical security technologies.
- Develop and implement a security training policy and ensure compliance.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek to improve efficiency and effectiveness of core administrative processes and security measures.
- Execute CSR activities to facilitate business objectives and enhance company image in the local community.
- Maintain relationships with Governmental Departments, Civil Administration, and statutory bodies for compliance.
- Monitor security functions to safeguard personnel and the plant.
- Oversee administration and facilities management at the plant.
- Ensure canteen operations are cost-optimized.
- Manage grievance systems for unionized and third-party workers in compliance with labor laws.
- Master's Degree in Public Administration or relevant field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Proven leadership experience in Admin & Security with a strong background in Industrial Relations.
- Ex-Army/forces personnel with relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Results-driven with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to interact with all organizational levels and functions.
- Strong project management, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Able to balance conceptual and hands-on work.
