Job Title: Research Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract | Commission-Based

Responsibilities:
  1. Send emails via Zoho to experts and clients
  2. Message potential candidates on LinkedIn
  3. Review and source expert profiles for client projects
Qualifications:
  1. 0-2 years of lead generation or recruitment experience (Fresh grads are highly encouraged)
  2. An updated LinkedIn account with 100+ connections
  3. Availability to focus on the role (not a full-time employee or student)
Work Commitment:

You must dedicate a total of 8 hours per day to this role. Timing is flexible, but consistent effort is required to meet targets.

Understanding Credits & Submissions:

Credit: A "credit" is earned when an expert you sign up completes the following process:

  1. You source and sign up an expert.
  2. The expert completes any required screening/introductory questions.
  3. The expert is submitted to a client for consideration by the project coordinator.
  4. The client books a call with the expert, and the call is completed (60 minutes).

- Each 60-minute call between your expert and the client counts as 1 credit.

- If the expert is booked multiple times by the same or different clients, subsequent bookings count as 0.5 credits.

Submission: A "submission" refers to each expert you source who signs up at our website, completes any required screening questions, and is submitted to the client for consideration by the project coordinator. A submission must meet these criteria to be valid.

Compensation Details:

Commission-Based: This is a fully commission-based role with the following structure:

For every credit:

  1. $80 per credit
  2. $3 per expert submission: (An expert is considered submitted when they sign up on our website, complete any required screening, and are submitted to a client.)
Example Earnings:
  1. 10 credits = 10 × $80 = $800
  2. 30 expert submissions = 30 × $3 = $90
  3. Total potential earnings for 10 credits and 30 submissions: $890
