Job Type: Contract | Project-Based Compensation

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our remote team as Research Analysts. You will help identify and engage professionals for client projects. This role suits proactive and detail-oriented candidates interested in gaining experience in research and communication.

Compensation:

Monthly compensation based on work hours and performance. Additional incentives awarded per successful milestone achieved. Detailed compensation information will be shared during the hiring process.

Working Hours:

The shift runs 9 hours per day with a scheduled break, aligned with UK business hours.

Responsibilities:

-Connect with industry professionals through company-approved communication channels.

-Screen and engage potential experts according to project needs.

-Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

-6 months to 2 years of experience in research, recruitment, or lead generation.

-Active professional networking profile preferred.

-Reliable and able to commit consistent daily hours working remotely.

-Self-driven with strong organizational skills.
