People Operations Specialist | Transforming Workforces Through Strategy, Culture and LeadershipDescription: Scalemill is looking to hire sales development representatives. The role involves scheduling and conducting product demos with prospects.
Work Shift: Evening 6pm-2:30am
Tasks:
- Seek out new sales opportunities through calls, emails and other platforms
- Educate prospects and generate interest in the product
- Schedule online meetings for product demos between prospects and account executives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Manage assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and nurturing environment
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong management skills to follow up, schedule, and track
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a related role
- Leave encashments
