Business Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and building a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environment
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in sales (B2B)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment

Benefits:

  • Base Salary + High Commissions
  • Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM schedule

About the Role:

  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
