Recruiters Workforce is a recruitment firm based in Austin, Texas specializing in recruiting, selecting, placing, and assessing the best talent on behalf of client businesses in the US market. Our goal is to help clients grow their business by meeting their current or future staffing needs. We recognize that being on the lookout for talented individuals is becoming ever more challenging.
Responsibilities:- Conduct cold calling and initiate outbound sales activities to potential clients in the United States.
- Design and execute email campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through diligent prospecting, lead qualification, and closing strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales role specifically with cold calling prospects (experience in selling recruitment services is a plus).
- Strong background in cold calling and email campaign management with a track record of successful lead generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Experience working in the EST timezone is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and understanding of hiring processes in various sectors.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets and drive business growth.
