Position Overview:
As a Telesales Representative at ICONIC BPO, you will play a crucial role in generating sales opportunities and contributing to the company's growth. This position involves making outbound calls to potential customers, showcasing our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers using a provided script and sales methodology.
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
  3. Clearly and effectively communicate product or service features and benefits to potential customers.
  4. Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address those needs.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  6. Document and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
