We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative - Night Shift to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The primary focus of the role is to work for sales for our company. As a representative, your responsibilities include identifying and providing prompt and clear solutions via phone calls and making deals. Our ideal candidate should be motivated, an excellent communicator, and able to work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as on their own initiative.

Responsibilities
  1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  2. Answer questions about products or the company
  3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  5. Enter and update customer information in the database
  6. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Job Specification

Requirements

• One year experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role (Fresh candidates will be preferred too)

• Excellent command over spoken English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
