We are hiring

Asia Insurance Company Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to take on the role of Administration Executive / Senior Executive.

Qualification

  • Minimum: Graduation
  • Preferred: BBA / MBA

Experience Required

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Office Administration
  • Exposure to Vendor Management and Fleet Management is a plus

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling daily administrative operations
  • Managing vendor and fleet-related tasks
  • Coordinating with internal teams and maintaining smooth office functioning
  • Handling scheduling, supplies, and conflict resolution tasks proactively
