About this role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of senior executives.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executives.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive information.
- Office Management: Assist with office management tasks.
- Support Projects: Provide support on special projects as required by the executive team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Education: Relevant diploma or degree is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
