Position Overview:
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing business operations at the assigned branch. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating training activities, ensuring quality service delivery, and implementing strategies to enhance branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop business operations at the branch to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
  2. Coordinate with trainers to develop and implement training timetables for staff development.
  3. Oversee trainers and support rosters for Workforce Optimization and Resource Coordination (WORC).
  4. Ensure quality service and support are provided to customers at the branch level.
  5. Prepare and submit regular reports to the Head Office on branch performance and key metrics.
  6. Implement directives provided by the Head Office to drive campus growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  7. Establish and maintain MOUs (Memorandum of Understanding), conduct sessions, and organize seminars in the city to maximize awareness of our products and services.
  8. Manage office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and inventory control.
  9. Supervise branch staff, including training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  10. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among branch staff.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  12. Act as a liaison between branch staff and the Head Office, communicating operational updates, issues, and feedback.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in banking or financial services, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  6. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
