Arthur Lawrence Pakistan is seeking a skilled Content Marketing Specialist to craft compelling content, manage social media platforms, and position the company's leadership as industry experts. The ideal candidate should be adept at content creation, social media growth, and engagement strategies, with experience in thought leadership and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop SEO-optimized blog posts and maintain high-quality, industry-relevant writing.

Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), including content tailored for TikTok Reels to drive engagement.

Build and manage personal brands for leadership on LinkedIn by creating thought-leadership content and fostering influencer relationships.

Plan, produce, and promote podcast episodes, ensuring audience engagement and growth.

Ghostwrite articles for executives and secure guest-writing opportunities to enhance brand authority.

Analyze content performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies using data insights.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or a similar field.

Proven expertise in creating and managing content on Blogspot, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

Strong content strategy skills with a focus on engagement and conversion.

Experience in ghostwriting, thought leadership, and publication opportunities.

Familiarity with social media tools and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.

Shift Timings:

12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday - Friday) ONSITE
