Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
  • Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Accomplishing sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Analyzing regional market trends and discovering new opportunities for growth.
  • Managing significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth.
  • Managing company products, services, features, and benefits knowledge.
  • Counseling, training, and guiding direct reports to drive organization plans for achieving sales goals.
  • Initiating and innovating marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
  • Holding and directing sales meetings.
  • Defining and implementing regional sales plans, writing presentations, reports, and price quotations, and supporting contract negotiations.
  • Informing on regional competitive activities and overall marketplace on time.
  • Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Working with K-12 schools, universities, and the corporate sector to determine needs and initiatives.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with sales management, operations, and company leadership.
  • Identifying advantages and comparing organization's products/services.
  • Maintaining strong, ongoing working relationships with existing customers to enhance the customer experience resulting in future sales and referrals.
Job Specification
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Familiarity with CRM, SSD, CMS, SMS, LMS, or ERP software.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
