Scope of Work

1. GoHighLevel API Integration (Must-Have)

Implement seamless GoHighLevel API integration for appointment booking and CRM automation.

Ensure real-time data synchronization between backend systems and GoHighLevel.

Optimize backend architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Proactively support and scale the project with aggressive problem-solving.

2. Full System Review & Optimization (Next.js + MERN Stack)

Conduct a comprehensive audit of the frontend (Next.js), including:

Landing page optimization

Ensure smooth backend API integration with all frontend components.

Review and optimize Twilio, Stripe, Voice AI features, and chatbot prompting capabilities.

Deep expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js, and MongoDB for full-stack development.

3. Voice AI & Chatbot Development

Enhance Voice AI features for natural language processing (NLP) and interactive responses.

Improve chatbot logic, conversational flows, and AI prompting for better user engagement.

Integrate AI-driven automation with backend APIs for seamless functionality.

Work closely with frontend developers for end-to-end integration.

Provide clear API documentation (Swagger/Postman) for team and future scalability.

Optimize data fetching, caching, and pagination for performance.

Requirements

4+ years of full-stack development experience (Next.js, MERN Stack).

Hands-on experience with Voice AI, chatbots, and NLP.

Proficient in Twilio, Stripe, and backend optimizations.

Ability to review, debug, and scale complex systems.
