On this journey, you will report to "Lead, Projects".
Job Description- Operational Leadership
- Lead and oversee daily operations across all assigned outlets.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Conduct regular site visits to audit cleanliness, service, inventory, and staff performance.
- Team Management
- Hire, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Develop shift schedules, labor management strategies, and training plans in coordination with the team.
- Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing staff development and succession planning.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every location.
- Monitor guest feedback channels and resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism.
- Financial Accountability
- Own the P&L of each outlet and ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and wastage to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage inventory, vendor relations, and cost control.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all outlets comply with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Maintain quality control protocols for coffee preparation.
- Implement regular training and audits to ensure compliance.
- Control wastages and implement initiatives to reduce variances and wastage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Seeking an experienced and driven RGM / Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of a coffee chain.
- This role requires strategic leadership to balance high-level oversight with on-ground execution, ensuring quality, customer experience, and financial performance across locations.
- Strong negotiation skills for favorable terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
